Tebet Eco Park, on Jalan Tebet Barat Raya in the Tebet district of South Jakarta, has become one of the area's popular green escapes. Once known simply as Taman Tebet, the space was redesigned and renamed, gaining new facilities and a fresh layout that draws walkers, families and joggers throughout the week.
The park is organised into eight zones, each with its own character. According to the official site, they include a community garden set aside for local growers, a wetland that acts as an ecological asset and habitat for wildlife, a children's playground built for both recreation and learning, and open lawns designed for gatherings of different sizes.
The standout feature is the Infinity Link Bridge, an elevated walkway that the park describes as sitting above the ground, offering a different perspective across the greenery and the Jakarta sky. TEP Plaza, on the northern side, serves as the main gateway and a natural starting point for a loop around the park, while planted corridors and a forest buffer add shade along the paths.
